Augusto Arribat. Good and faithful servant

Open-faced and smiling, this son of Don Bosco was considered by those who had the honor of being close to him “the most spontaneous man in the world.” He never turned anyone away; in his heart, justice was marked by kindness. He never criticized anyone, and alongside some of his “holy angers,” one could sense great self-control in his character. He constantly emphasized asking for and accepting God’s forgiveness in the sacraments, as well as trusting in the Father’s love, who never abandons his children. A life filled with dangers and graces. A life consecrated to Christ.
