Blessed Maria Teresa Fasce: Saint Rita's secretary. Biography and prayers

Blessed Maria Teresa Fasce (1881-1947), an Augustinian nun, lived out her vocation in the footsteps of Saint Rita at the monastery in Cascia. Always adhering to God’s will, she became a promoter of devotion to Saint Rita, also through the periodical «Dalle Api alle rose». Blessed Fasce’s name is associated with concrete works that transformed the city of Saint Rita: the Basilica, the Beehive, and the widening of the avenue leading to the Shrine. This book retraces her life in a concise biographical profile and offers novenas, tridua, prayers, supplications, litanies, and hymns for entrusting ourselves to the intercession of this Blessed, who teaches us that love and total surrender to God, in every circumstance of life, are the secret to keeping the heart singing with joy.
