Marian chasuble made of polyester fabric, featuring refined embroidery of the light blue and gold Marian monogram. Refined gold trim along the edge of the fabric. Available in ivory and white. The Principles and Norms for the Use of the Roman Missal identify the chasuble as the proper vestment of the priest when celebrating Mass and performing actions closely connected with it. Originally, the vestment reached the heels, covering every part of the priest's body. Over time, its length changed considerably, including around the arms, eventually becoming a rigid garment that covered only the shoulders and torso and fastened at the sides (planeta). Only during the 20th century did the chasuble acquire its current dimensions. The color of the chasuble is determined by the liturgical season.
