Striped chasuble with gold JHS embroidery. Polyester

Beautiful chasuble made of 100% high-quality polyester. The chasuble features three bands: the largest one, positioned in the center, has a gold-embroidered JHS trigram. The fabric on the bands is woven with gold threads, making the entire fabric appear golden and adding elegance to the chasuble. The product is available in the four liturgical colors. Made in Poland by a company of artisans. The General Instruction of the Roman Missal indicates the chasuble as the proper vestment of the priest when celebrating Mass and during actions directly connected with it. Originally, the vestment reached the heels, covering every part of the priest's body. Over time, it underwent many changes in length, including on the arms, eventually becoming a stiff garment that covered only the shoulders and torso and fastened at the sides (planeta). Only during the course of the 20th century did the chasuble take on its current dimensions. The color of the chasuble is determined by the liturgical season.
