Forgiveness cross pendant in olive wood and metal. Height 5,5 cm

Forgiveness cross pendant made of fine olive wood and metal. It comes with a 39 cm cord, making it easy to wear. A high-quality product. Made in Italy by a company of artisans specializing in working olive wood, which is left to rest for several years before being worked to ensure greater durability in the finished product. The Forgiveness crucifix is an ancient Catholic sacramental approved in 1905 by Pope Saint Pius X, and is considered, together with the Miraculous Medal and the Saint Benedict Medal, one of the most powerful devotions against Satan. On the front, the cross bears the inscription Iesus nazarenus Rex iudaeorum, abbreviated as INRI. On the back, at the center, is the Sacred Heart of Jesus with the inscriptions "Pater dimitte illis" (Father, forgive them) and "Ecce cor quod tantum homine dilexit" (Behold the heart that has loved mankind so much). At the bottom of the cross is the letter M, overlaid by the letter A; this is the Marian monogram, which has a dual meaning: "Auspice Maria," meaning under Mary's protection, or "Ave Maria," the words exclaimed by the Archangel Gabriel to the Madonna during the Annunciation.
