Tris Gift Set of Fragranced Waters Canticle of Canticles by the Trappist nuns of the Valserena Monastery, containing the three different fragrances from the Canticle of Canticles line, 30 ml each, with spray nozzle. The fragranced waters included in the package are: Time of Singing: "See, the winter is past, the rains are over and gone; flowers have appeared in the fields, the time of singing has come. The fig tree is ripening its first fruits, and the flowering vines spread their fragrance" (Song 2:11-13). It is a fresh, green, floral and aromatic fragrance, with notes of fig, bergamot, jasmine and cedarwood. Pomegranate Garden: "I went down to the grove of nut trees to see the new growth in the valley, to see whether the vines had budded and the pomegranates were in bloom." (Song 6:11). This fragrance is amber, woody and floral, evoking the sweetness of honeysuckle, orange blossom, patchouli and vanilla. Lily of the Valleys: "I am a narcissus of the plain of Sharon, a lily of the valleys. Like a lily among thorns, so is my beloved among the young women" (Song 2:1-2). It is a fresh, powdery fragrance, with notes of lily, lily of the valley, sandalwood and musk. Ingredients: Time of Singing: alcohol denat., aqua, parfum, limonene, linalool, geraniol, hydroxycitronellal, citral. Pomegranate Garden: alcohol denat., aqua, parfum, coumarin, geraniol, alpha-isomethyl ionone, citronellol, benzyl alcohol. Lily of the Valleys: alcohol denat., aqua, parfum, hexyl cinnamal, hydroxycitronellal, geraniol, citronellol, coumarin, limonene, linalool, citral. Historical notes: Since 1968, personal care products have been made in the laboratory of the Cistercian Monastery of Valserena. This activity helps support the community and assist foundations in mission lands. The monastery belongs to the Order of Cistercians of the Strict Observance, a monastic institute entirely dedicated to the contemplative life. Within the enclosure, the nuns devote themselves to the worship of God according to the Rule of Saint Benedict.
