Votive Heart, in 925 silver. Dimensions 13x17 cm

Votive Heart (Ex Voto) made entirely of 925 sterling silver, with GR (Grazia Ricevuta) letters in gold-plated silver. At the top, the heart has a small ring that allows it to be hung anywhere in the home.  The votive heart has always been a tangible sign of devotion to God or a saint: it expresses gratitude for a grace received or a request for help in a difficult moment. It has now also become an object that speaks to our present, filled with positive symbolism. Depicted in various forms, in jewelry and decorative objects, it becomes a lucky charm and an expression of remembrance of a particular moment in life.
