Deacon's vestment in gold papal fabric, embellished with a fine embroidered galloon on the front and back. Available only in gold, for special occasions: gold is used when the utmost majesty is required, for solemn occasions and major feasts. Made and tailored in Italy by a workshop of artisans with expertise in sacred vestments and clerical clothing. The dalmatic is a liturgical vestment proper to deacons, consisting of a long tunic with wide sleeves that reaches the knees. Like the chasuble worn by priests and bishops, it is the outermost vestment. The color of the chasuble is determined by the liturgical season.
