The Imitation of Mary

One of the most celebrated works of Christian spirituality is The Imitation of Christ, a book that has shaped the lives of generations of Christians who have found, and continue to find, in its pages a guide and a sure path to follow. But if it is true that imitating Jesus teaches us to be Christians, it is equally true that imitating Mary is also a sure path to reaching her Son. The saints tried never to lose sight of Mary's example and often renewed their resolve to imitate her. The imitation of Mary must therefore become part of every Christian's spiritual program. Saint Paul VI said: “We cannot be Christians without being Marian!” This book enlightens every reader through Mary's example, enables them to place themselves in her arms, listen to her advice and - if they have lost their joy - find it again!
