Kenty was born from a solidarity project designed to create work and growth opportunities in places far from us, often in very disadvantaged areas such as Peru, Ecuador, Thailand, and Indonesia. Years of work on cooperation projects, a passion for all forms of folk art and handicrafts, professional expertise developed in the field, and great enthusiasm were the ingredients for carrying this project forward with artisan families, refugees, and small youth cooperatives. Together, Kenty produces nativity scenes, objects, small pieces of furniture, and jewelry made entirely by hand, using eco-friendly materials, with attention to recycling and the artisanal techniques of each country. Each product is created through teamwork, bringing together different forms of creativity and stories, with the specific intention of evolving the past toward the future and becoming a means of communication between worlds that are so far apart and often unaware of one another.
