Saint Benedict, Father of Europe

How can we help children understand the joy and beauty experienced in the company of Jesus? What could be better than the engaging story of Saint Benedict of Norcia, who gets into all sorts of scrapes? Born into a noble family, he could have everything, but he wants to please God alone. He leaves his studies and friends because he wants to follow Jesus alone. He seeks solitude, but instead his fame quickly spreads. He wants to remain hidden, yet many companions want to join him. He thus becomes the father of countless monks. He founds a religious order that takes its name from him and spreads throughout Europe. Through this book, mothers and fathers will be able to engage in dialogue with their children. It will become a means of exchanging smiles, glances, amused expressions, caresses, kisses, and caring gestures, as well as transmitting the enduring values of faith, which our children will gradually internalize and want to put into practice in their lives! A book not only for children, but also for adults!
