Aleppo soap is an ancient traditional soap originating from the city of Aleppo, Syria. This particular soap is produced by the Trappist monastery Beata Maria Fons Pacis in Syria (supported by Valserena Monastery); it is a natural soap composed of 80% olive oil and 20% laurel oil, making it completely natural. Aleppo soap is known for its moisturizing, soothing, and antibacterial properties. Thanks to the presence of natural oils, it can help keep the skin hydrated and reduce inflammation. It is often used to care for sensitive and problematic skin, such as eczema and psoriasis. Thanks to its revitalizing and nourishing properties, it is also used to care for damaged and fragile hair.
