Priestly stole with chalice embroidered in silver and gold thread

Simple and refined priestly stole in polyester, decorated at the ends with embroidery of a chalice and JHS in gold and silver thread, symbolizing the importance of the Eucharist. Available in the four liturgical colors: ivory, green, purple, and red. The stole is 246 cm long, designed to extend well below the knee of the priest wearing it. The use of the stole is always obligatory for the bishop, priest, and deacon during celebrations and rites (although the deacon uses a different stole, as it must be worn differently from the priest). When wearing it, the priest (bishop or presbyter) lets it hang straight from the shoulders to the legs, while the deacon wears it diagonally, from the left shoulder to the right hip. Over time, the stole’s symbolism has evolved: initially, it represented the office that deacons and priests accepted during ordination; later, it came to symbolize the virtues of the priest, making it a symbol of humility, wisdom, patience, purity, and fortitude.
