Priestly stole with embroidered Divine Mercy Jesus and Cross

Beautiful ivory liturgical stole, made of 100% polyester fabric, with direct machine embroidery in gold and colored thread, depicting the image from the Divine Mercy painting. The image is 21.5 cm high and is positioned at the top of the stole. A gold-thread cross is embroidered at the bottom, featuring a raised design that stands out from the rest of the stole. The stole is 260 cm long overall and extends well below the knee when worn. Made in Poland by a company specializing in the production of sacred vestments. The use of the stole is always obligatory during celebrations and rites for bishops, priests, and deacons (although deacons use a different stole, as they wear it differently from priests). When worn by a priest (bishop or presbyter), it hangs straight from the shoulders down to the legs, while a deacon wears it diagonally from the left shoulder to the right hip. Over time, the stole's symbolism has evolved: initially, it represented the office that deacons and priests accepted during ordination; later, it came to symbolize the virtues of the priest, making it a symbol of humility, wisdom, patience, purity, and fortitude.
