The Infant Jesus found in the church of the “Virgin Mary of Victory” in Prague is famous throughout the world. In Italy, the shrine of Arenzano, near Genoa, is now the most universal and vibrant center from which devotion to the Infant Jesus of Prague spreads. Venerated on every continent, he is credited with many extraordinary graces, healings, and miracles. Let us learn about some of them.
Unharmed after being run over
The Infant Jesus performed this astonishing miracle in 1914.
Four-year-old Benvenuto Rognoni was walking with his parents through the streets of Arenzano when he suddenly broke away from them, crossed the road, and was hit by a car. The driver fled in fright, and those present rushed to help the little boy, who was lying under the car.
Everyone expected to find him completely crushed, but after the car was lifted, they saw him crawl out unaided and without a scratch.
The boy calmly said to those present, who were watching him in astonishment:
"I wear the Safeguard Medal of the Infant Jesus of Prague and when I was run over, I called to him, and he came!"

He falls from a terrace and survives
Five-year-old Antonio Almirall had also fallen from the terrace into the courtyard below, hitting his head against a large stone.
Picked up from the ground as if dead and bleeding profusely from the head and ears, he was rushed to hospital. The doctors said that the little boy had only a few hours to live, but the mother, with great faith, placed an image of the Infant Jesus of Prague under her comatose son's pillow, begging him to save him. Around 3:00 that night, little Antonio, now at death's door, suddenly woke up and asked:
"Mum, where is the Infant Jesus who heals me?"
The mother promptly, astonished and trembling, took the image of the Infant Jesus of Prague that she had placed under his pillow and gave it to him to kiss. Looking at it, the child exclaimed: «Infant Jesus, heal me, because I am dying!».
Instantly, his heartbeat returned to normal, and shortly afterward the little boy recovered completely.

She miraculously recovered from the consequences of a stroke
In March 2006, Mrs. Blanca Luz, from Trento, suffered a very serious stroke with respiratory failure and devastating consequences, leaving her 100% disabled and with very little chance of survival.
A month later, she also developed septicemia, originating from the tracheotomy performed to enable her to breathe. The infection was extremely serious.
In desperation, on April 24, the children rushed to Arenzano to ask the Infant Jesus for the grace of healing.
After the prayer of adoration, they took oil from the lamp burning before the image of the Infant Jesus, set off, and arrived home only at 3:00 the following morning because the highway was blocked.
The following day, April 25, her daughter applied blessed oil to her mother's throat, around the tracheotomy wound, while reciting the customary prayer.
On the 26th, the infection miraculously disappeared, but the Divine Child did not stop there. About ten months after suffering the stroke, Mrs. Blanca was able to move freely, speak, and was even beginning to walk.
On January 8, 2007, the surgeons, astonished, closed the opening in her trachea because the patient was now breathing normally, something the doctors had previously considered impossible.
Conclusion
The story of the miracles of the Infant Jesus of Prague continues and will continue forever. It is beautiful to explore it in greater depth, to experience firsthand the love with which Jesus embraces us and supports us throughout our journey in life.
