Editrice Shalom is bringing the exhibition on Eucharistic miracles conceived by Blessed Carlo Acutis throughout Italy free of charge!
The person responsible for exhibitions at Editrice Shalom answers some of our questions.

How did the idea for this exhibition originate and develop?

The exhibition was born from our friendship with Mrs. Antonia Salzano Acutis, Carlo Acutis’s mother, who was beatified in 2020. During his lifetime, Carlo had conceived an exhibition focusing on Eucharistic miracles. After his death, his mother wanted to honor his memory by creating this exhibition and putting it online, making it available to anyone who wished to learn about it and print it.

The material collected by Carlo was expanded and incorporated into the book “Eucharistic Miracles in the World”, published by Editrice Shalom.
Together with Carlo’s mother, it was decided to have the Eucharistic miracles printed on panels that could travel throughout Italy.

Where is the exhibition located?

The exhibition has no permanent exhibition venue, but travels throughout Italy to shrines and parishes that request it, and admission is always free. To find out where to visit the exhibition at any given time, you can follow Editrice Shalom’s social media channels or subscribe to the Newsletter.

Who can request the exhibition, and how? Are there many requests?

The exhibition may be requested by parish priests, rectors of shrines and religious institutes, or their delegates. Of course, it is provided free of charge, and there are no expenses to cover. There are always many requests, so in some cases it is necessary to wait several months.

Why has this exhibition been so successful and considered so important?

Because it illustrates many Eucharistic miracles, which are so important in the history of the Church, and because it honors the memory of Carlo Acutis, a blessed who is greatly loved by everyone, especially young people.

Why does Editrice Shalom offer this opportunity?

Because of the special bond that has connected us to Carlo Acutis since long before he was beatified, and because we firmly believe that the Eucharist is at the heart of the life of the Church.

For me, it is an honor to be able to organize this exhibition’s “pilgrimage” throughout Italy. The testimonials I receive very often are moving, especially when they concern young people, who are usually attracted to and intrigued by Carlo, the “saint of millennials.” I would like to thank all the collaborators and organizers of the exhibition events for their commitment to promoting this extraordinary exhibition.
