The available sizes refer to the length of the alb from the neck to the ankles. The alb is the long, white, long-sleeved garment that covers the entire body from the shoulders to the ankles and is worn by everyone who officiates during the rite of Holy Mass, not only priests but also ministers, deacons, and altar servers. It should be secured at the waist with a cincture and must completely cover the clothing worn underneath. Wearing the alb symbolically recalls baptism, in which every Christian receives a new white garment, itself a symbol of Christ's purity.
