Soft orange and cinnamon gelée candies, delicious and indulgent. Made according to the recipe of the Antica Farmacia dei Monaci Camaldolesi.

Available in a 100 g package.

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, fruit pulp, honey 2.5%, fructose, flavorings, acidifier: citric acid, gelling agent: pectin, natural color: vegetable charcoal.

Gluten-free. Lactose-free. GMO-free. Does not contain allergens listed in Annex III bis of Directive EEC 2003/89/EC or Annex II of EU Regulation 1169/2011. 

Historical notes: The ancient pharmacy is located inside the Camaldolese monastery, a monastic order founded by Saint Romuald in the 11th century. This pharmacy is known for its long history and use of herbs and natural remedies, in keeping with the monastic tradition of care and assistance. The Camaldolese monks, devoted to contemplative life and spiritual research, also played an important role in medicine and botany. Their pharmacy was often stocked with a wide range of medicinal herbs, preparations, and ointments, used both for the monks' own well-being and to assist the surrounding community.
