Chasuble with central band in imitation viscose embroidered with metallic-thread edging

Embroidered chasuble made of 100% polyester, with a front and back band embroidered with a gold metallic-thread border: a distinctive golden thread that remains thick and therefore raised. Entirely made in Italy by a company of skilled artisans that has been operating in the sacred vestments sector for many years, creating handcrafted, exceptionally high-quality products. Available in the 4 liturgical colors. The General Instruction of the Roman Missal indicates the chasuble as the proper vestment of the priest when celebrating Mass and during actions directly connected with it. Originally, the vestment reached the heels, covering every part of the priest’s body. Over time, its length changed considerably, including around the arms, eventually becoming a rigid garment that covered only the shoulders and torso and fastened at the sides (planeta). It was only during the 20th century that the chasuble assumed its current dimensions. The color of the chasuble is determined by the liturgical season.
