Polyester chasuble with IHS, cross, vine, and wheat-ear embroidery

100% polyester chasuble, decorated with direct gold embroidery on both the front and back of the IHS trigram with a cross, vine, and ears of wheat. The chasuble comes complete with a matching stole. Available in the 4 liturgical colors and in pink. Entirely made in Italy by a company of skilled artisans that has been operating in the sacred vestments sector for many years, creating handcrafted, exceptionally high-quality products. The General Instruction of the Roman Missal indicates the chasuble as the proper vestment of the priest when celebrating Mass and performing actions closely connected with it. Originally, the vestment reached the heels, covering every part of the priest's body. Over time, it underwent many changes in length, including on the arms, eventually becoming a stiff garment that covered only the shoulders and torso and fastened at the sides (planeta). It was only during the 20th century that the chasuble took on its current dimensions. The color of the chasuble is determined by the liturgical season.
