Chasuble embroidered with the Pax symbol and gold-colored cross

Polyester fabric chasuble. Embroidered on both sides, with the Pax symbol embroidered in gold on the front and a cross on the back. Available in the 4 liturgical colors: ivory, green, purple, and red. Can be paired with stole code 42032 The General Instruction of the Roman Missal and its principles and norms identify the chasuble as the proper vestment of the priest when celebrating Mass and performing actions closely connected with it. Originally, the vestment reached the heels, covering every part of the priest's body. Over time, its length changed considerably, including on the arms, eventually becoming a rigid garment that covered only the shoulders and torso and fastened at the sides (planeta). It was only during the 20th century that the chasuble took on its current dimensions. The color of the chasuble is determined by the liturgical season.
