Descrizione
Beautiful red chasuble made of polyester (80%) and cotton (20%), using high-quality fabrics. The chasuble features gold embroidery of a dove, symbolizing the Holy Spirit. Comfortable and easy to wear. Available only in red, it is worn for funerals, the feasts of martyrs, Good Friday, Palm Sunday, and Pentecost. Red symbolizes the Holy Spirit and the blood of Christ. Made in Poland by a company specializing in the production of sacred vestments. The General Instruction of the Roman Missal identifies the chasuble as the proper vestment of the priest when celebrating Mass and during actions directly connected with it. Originally, the vestment reached the heels, covering every part of the priest's body. Over time, its length changed considerably, including around the arms, eventually becoming a rigid garment that covered only the shoulders and torso and fastened at the sides (pianeta). It was only during the 20th century that the chasuble acquired its current dimensions. The color of the chasuble is determined by the liturgical season. To be paired with stole 43031
