Heart to heart with Jesus. Thanksgiving after Holy Communion

In this small, practical, and affordable booklet, you will find the “Eucharistic Meditation,” a prayer to be recited after Communion during the time set aside for thanksgiving and personal prayer. In addition to the “Eucharistic Meditation,” it includes several prayers suitable for thanking and praising God after receiving the Eucharist. These words, which come from the deepest part of ourselves, help us experience moments of profound intimacy with Jesus. Receiving the Most Holy Eucharist is an immense gift; giving thanks for having become living “tabernacles” is another great gift.
