The Path of Silence

“Silence is the space in which I awaken, in which I open my eyes and glimpse the truth.” This is what we find written in the opening pages of this little book by Anselm Grün. Silence that heals, silence that helps us rediscover inner peace. Emptying ourselves of the persistent sounds, high or low, of our day, which fill our heads until they paralyze every positive thought. Finding a place to be alone with ourselves and speak to our soul. Silence understood as prayer and an approach to the transcendent. Elledici Publishing
