Prayer, the Dance of the Spirit

Sister Chiara Carla Cabras, in this original text on prayer, proposes a safe path along which to take our steps toward a single goal: encountering God. This rich eight-stage journey introduces the various forms of prayer that the Spirit has inspired and continues to inspire; it provides extremely useful practical advice grounded in everyday life and, in the book’s final section, offers prayers to choose from depending on what we are experiencing. Let us walk this new path of the “dance of the Spirit” called “prayer,” so that we may all move forward on our journey to meet the Lord!
