My Prayers

A little book for children to learn their first prayers to Jesus, Mary, the saints, and their guardian angel. The fun illustrations and playful design make this collection truly unmissable. The book opens with the section “Prayers for Every Day”: beginning with the sign of the cross, it continues with the Glory Be, the Our Father, Come, Holy Spirit, the Hail Mary, the Hail Holy Queen, the Angelus, the Guardian Angel Prayer, the Fatima Angel prayers, and the Eternal Rest. It then presents the morning prayer, the Act of Contrition, the Creed, prayers before and after meals, acts of consecration, and the evening prayer. The section “Today I Pray for” includes prayers for parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, teachers, Mom and Dad’s work, all children, a prayer to learn how to forgive, and prayers for the parish priest, catechists, and deceased loved ones. There are also prayers for the Pope and with saints such as Saint Francis, Saint Teresa of Calcutta, and Saint John Paul II, who used timeless words to address the Lord.
