Our Son Carlo Acutis

A precocious, radiant child who was deeply attentive to the needs of others, Carlo Acutis displayed remarkable spiritual maturity from an early age, along with a fresh sense of humor that helped him put any difficulty into perspective and a contagious enthusiasm for life’s little things. This book gives us a portrait of Carlo as a living sign of God’s grace: in the words of his parents, the first to follow him on his journey of conversion and to bear witness to the miracle of his faith, we rediscover the full strength of his joy in being alive and the depth of his devotion. Antonia and Andrea open their treasure trove of memories, telling of a young man who experienced holiness every day through his encounters with Jesus in the Eucharist; who practiced fraternal charity toward abandoned people and those without a fixed abode with instinctive simplicity; and who, throughout his life on Earth, kept at the center of his existence the constant and unwavering desire to strive for what God wished for him.
