Jubilee Oil, an oil containing the warm notes of patchouli and spices, dedicated to the great Jubilee Year, a year of liberation, hope, and renewal. Patchouli was not known at the time the biblical texts were written and is therefore not mentioned; tradition associates it with other aromatic and spicy plants cited in Holy Scripture, such as myrrh and frankincense. Our choice to include it in our ointments is inspired by the rediscovery of what is new, just as the Jubilee Year represents renewal, associating it with an older tradition: that of spices, of which the biblical world is rich.

Patchouli is extracted from the leaves of the Pogostemon cablin plant, a herbaceous plant native to tropical Asia, particularly India and Indonesia. Its fragrance is intense and long-lasting, bold and slightly sweet, with spicy and woody notes.
It helps with depressive and anxious states, promoting relaxation and well-being while stimulating creativity and imagination. Its extract also has soothing anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal, regenerating, and moisturizing properties.
