Chalice veil with embroidered Pax and ears of wheat

Elegant white chalice veil, decorated with embroidery of the Pax symbol and ears of wheat, with a gold trim. Made of 100% polyester fabric, it is available in the four liturgical colors. A white card insert inside gives the veil rigidity; thanks to a convenient pocket, the insert can be removed to allow washing. One corner of the veil is covered with plastic to make it easier to grasp and prevent wear. The chalice veil is a liturgical object used during the Rite of the Holy Mass. Its purpose is to cover the chalice and paten, preventing external and contaminating elements such as dust, debris, or insects from entering them before the consecration. It is generally white, but may also be available in different colors depending on the liturgical season.
