It is a 100% natural product, collected by bees. From a nutritional standpoint, pollen is an exceptionally interesting food complex, rich in mineral salts, proteins, and amino acids. This makes it a particularly valuable food, suitable and recommended for practically any diet and any age. Useful as a restorative and remineralizer, as protection during the cold season, and also indicated for prostate discomfort.

Directions for use: one tablespoon in the morning, before or during breakfast, as it is or mixed with yogurt, milk, etc.
