Prayers to Saints Benedict and Scholastica

Reading this volume is a fruitful way to learn about and deepen one’s understanding of Saint Benedict and his message. To this end, the authors provide a brief but accurate biography of the Saint and outline his spirituality through a review of the principal themes of his Rule. The chapters were selected with the specific intention of addressing all consecrated persons and laypeople who wish to live their Baptism faithfully, fully prepared to say “yes” to God’s will. The volume’s final chapter is intended for those who wish to turn to Saint Benedict and Saint Scholastica in prayer, humbly invoking them to ask for graces and favors. May this book help the faithful obtain, through their intercession, the Lord’s mercy.
