Prayers before and after Communion

Every Sunday, and often every day, we attend Holy Mass, but do we allow ourselves to be drawn into this mystery of love? Do we prepare ourselves to receive Communion? Do we set aside some of our time to prepare our hearts to receive the Eucharist worthily? Do we give thanks after receiving it? Do we remain for a few minutes at the end of Mass? This book answers these questions by offering practical suggestions for experiencing the moment of Communion with greater awareness and participation. A beautiful introduction invites us to reflect on the gift of the Eucharist, while the collection of prayers helps us prepare to receive the sacrament.
