Saint Louis Marie de Montfort. His life, writings, and veneration

The book opens with a beautiful and fascinating biography of Montfort, which provides an opportunity to explore aspects of his life that may not be widely known. The section devoted to learning more about this extraordinary Marian saint concludes with the little stories and a paragraph examining his influence on the history of the Church. There is also an interesting section dedicated to some of the saint’s writings: true nourishment for the spirit. The book concludes with prayers, both those composed by Saint Louis de Montfort and those addressed to him. The account of Montfort’s life experience, reading and meditating on his writings, together with the prayers to venerate him, are important means of entering and progressing along the spiritual path he was the first to follow.
