Saint Gemma Galgani. I Speak to You of Myself. Autobiography, diary, letters

Father Tito Paolo Zecca has collected Saint Gemma Galgani’s Autobiography, Diary, and Letters in a single volume. In these writings, the stigmatized woman from Lucca, at the direction of her confessors, bears witness to her extraordinary mystical life, the events she experienced, and her heavenly conversations. These documents offer a unique opportunity: to hear, in her own living and vibrant voice, about the marvelous adventure she lived as the bride of blood and fire of the crucified King. By reading, rereading, and meditating on her words, one discovers how much and in what way the Lord Jesus loved this girl; how her heart knew how to respond with the thousand nuances that love knows. One also encounters a bold style imbued with the fragrance of Paradise.
