Statue of Immaculate Mary, in white marble powder. Height 33 cm

Beautiful statue depicting the Madonna holding the Christ Child, enhanced with gilded brass elements such as the typical halo with stars and the processional cross held by the Christ Child. Made from marble powder and entirely hand-painted. Completely handcrafted, from molding to finishing, it features carefully crafted details in every respect. Created especially for Editrice Shalom, which directly supervised the entire production process, from sculpting the plasticine to creating the first model and completing the painting stage. The statue’s base bears a reference to the Book of Genesis, verse 3:15, which says: “I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel.” This signifies the eternal discord between the serpent (the Devil) and Mary, to the extent that her offspring (Jesus) will defeat him.
