Descrizione

Statue of Saint Benedict (40 cm tall) made entirely of colored resin. The Saint is depicted holding a chalice in his hands, from which a snake emerges, recalling an episode involving Saint Benedict himself: he is said to have shattered, with the sign of the cross, the cup containing the poisoned wine given to him by some monks who wanted to take his life. The Saint's medal is set into the base of the statue. Medal diameter: 2 cm
