The Camaldolese monks’ balsamic herbal tea is useful in cases of coughs and phlegm and has an expectorant effect. It is a balsamic beverage made with carefully selected herbs: lemon balm leaves, eucalyptus leaves, thyme, mint, and hyssop.
The product is packaged by the Cosmetic Laboratory of the General House of the Congregation of Camaldolese Hermits of Tuscany.
Directions for use: using an infuser, steep the blend in hot water for 3-4 minutes. Sweeten to taste, preferably with honey.
