The Camaldolese monks' Sogni d'Oro herbal tea promotes relaxation. It is a relaxing beverage made with carefully selected herbs: lemon balm leaves, chamomile flowers, hawthorn flowers, basil leaves, lavender flowers, and orange peels.
Packaged by the Cosmetic Laboratory of the General House of the Congregation of Camaldolese Hermits of Tuscany.
Directions: Using an infusion filter, leave the blend immersed in hot water for 3-4 minutes. Sweeten to taste, preferably with honey.
