Embroidered shoulder veil on polyester fabric

Humeral veil, made of 100% polyester and machine-embroidered using highly precise machinery. The cross and decorations are crafted with gold-colored threads in various shades; a gold fringe completes and embellishes the vestment at its edge. The product is made entirely in Italy by a company whose values are meticulous attention to the selection of fabrics and the artisanal passion with which they work, following criteria of absolute excellence. Upon request, this humeral veil can be made in all liturgical colors. It consists of a rectangular piece of fabric approximately 2.5 meters long and 60 cm wide. It is equipped with two fabric ribbons or metal hooks positioned approximately at the center of the veil, to securely fasten the vestment if it is worn for a long time. It is part of the cope set and therefore features the same embroidery and liturgical colors as the cope. It is used by the priest when holding the Eucharist, except during the ordinary rites of Mass and Communion for the sick. It is used especially during Eucharistic Benediction. It is also used in the Corpus Christi procession and whenever the Eucharist is carried, whether in a monstrance or a ciborium, such as during the rites of the Easter Triduum. Even the simple transfer of the Blessed Sacrament from one altar to another requires the use of the humeral veil.
